She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. Bartlett and Minnie Hyers Bartlett; her husband Arthur D. Scouten; and her siblings, Robert Bartlett and Joan Emore.
She is survived by: her daughter Lyn; her son-in-law Paul Cyr Jr.; her son Alan of Port Leyden; her daughter-in-law Hope Scouten of Port Leyden; her grandchildren, Jill Cyr, Nicole Seetge (Brian), Chantal Nellis (Ryan), Mackenzie Powers (Chris), Sheena Sadler (Adam), Tyler Scouten (Jeannie) and Kayla VanBrocklin (Dan); and her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Kameron, Easton, Emerson, Eli, Tennyson, Rowan, Sophie, Tucker, Avonlea, Reid, Nora and Maren.
