He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his close friend Schultz; his children, Vincent C. Galligan, Jr. (Suzanne) of Oakland Valley, NY, Joseph J. Galligan (Lisa) of Boonville, NY, Marianne Ramos (Ignacio) of Port Jervis, NY, Jean M. Miller (Earl) of Port Jervis, NY and Shawn E. Galligan (Candice) of Oakland Valley, NY.; his brother James Galligan (Ellen) of Forestburgh, NY; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Galligan of Forestburgh, NY and James W. Rohner (Luverne) of Port Jervis, NY.; his grandchildren, Vincent III (Jeni), Scott (Michele), Ashley, Sarah (Chad), Zachary (Katie), Nicholas (Kristen), Patrick (Laura), Elena (Chris), Kelsey (Zach), Christopher (Michelle), Joshua (Gina), Brenna, Kristen (Ihab), Daniel and Shawn; his great grandchildren, Vincent IV, Lauren, Leah, Hunter, Julie, Allie, Owen, Avery, Jax, Leo, Maggie, Remi, Savannah and Zander; and his pet Schultz.
