We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2019, at the age of 73, Thomas Francis Hazelton (Port Jervis, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Hazelton Buchanan and Francis Hazelton; and his stepfather Charles Buchanan. He is survived by: his siblings, Leonard Cooper, Barbara Jean Sutton (Bill) and Joyce M. Freund (Ed Sun City). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
