It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan C. Breitenfeld (Port Jervis, New York), who passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecilia Flynn Clay and Charles Henry Clay, Jr.; and her brother Charles Henry Clay. She is survived by: her children, Michael Breitenfeld (Jennifer) of Pine Bush, NY and Andrea Conklin (Glenn) of Sandyston, NJ; her sisters, Maureen Shaw, Patti Kiecurious and Liz Silva; her grandchildren, Alanna Breitenfeld (Ryan), Zoe, Lia, Rosie Breitenfeld, Makenna and Kaylee Conklin; and her great grandchildren, Aria Yennie and Hailey O'Flaherty. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc. (100 E Main St, Port Jervis, NY 12771).
