He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Katz and Goldie Orloff Katz; and his wife Shirley A. Katz (Balmer). He is survived by: his children, Keith Katz (Kathy) of Newburgh, NY and Linda Falkowski (Joseph) of Montague, NJ.; his grandchildren, Michele, Daniel Katz, Benjamin Falkowski (Melissa) and Hannah Falkowski (Ricco King); his great grandchildren, Skylar, Charlotte and Elyana; his sister-in-law Margaret Downes of Morgantown, WV; and his niece Patricia Knebel.
