He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Hulse, Mildred Hulse, William and Dorothy McBride. He is survived by: his parents, Robert T. Hulse and Carol Jean McBride Hulse; and his siblings, Deborah Hulse, Jeffrey Hulse and Robin Koch. He is also survived by His loving companion, Melissa Burbridge Also many nieces and nephews.
