He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Geri" Kowal (Fox); his sons, Richard Kowal (Jennifer) of Milford, PA and Chad Kowal (Mary) of Cuddebackville, NY; his siblings, John Kowal of Seneca, SC, Nat Kowal (Belinda) of Port Jervis, NY, Joseph Kowal (Jayne) of Port Jervis, NY and MaryAnn Semerano (Robert) of Brick, NJ; his brother-in-law John A. Fox (Paula) of Pompton Plains, NJ; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Travis, Austin and Blake. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
