She is survived by: her husband Charles Smith Senior; her children, Dorothy Helmken of Hackettstown, Charles "Buddy" Smith Junior of Tempe and Jessica Smith of Newburgh; and her siblings, Kathy Dilorenzo of Fairview Park, Cindy Mcginnis of San Diego and Francis Jennings of Port Jervis. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
