He is survived by: his parents, Peter Maillet and Cynthia Maillet of Port Jervis, NY; his children, Emily Maillet of Port Jervis, Erin Maillet (William Maillet) of Middletown and His; his grandparents, Joan Brundage and James Brundage Sr. of Crystal River, FL; his brother Jason Maillet; his aunt Julie Wooster (Richard) of Crystal River, FL; his uncle James Brundage (Tracy) of Newton, NJ; and his nieces and nephews, Grace, Isabella and Mason Maillet.
