She was predeceased by: her parents, Myfanwy Williams and Henry Waterbury Smith; and her husband Charles H. Swartwout Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Ruth S. Woody; her nephews, Rev. David S. Woody and Dougles Woody; and her niece Nancy W. McManus.
