He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Leake (Patricia) of Port Jervis, NY and Nancy Eddy Leake of Holiday, FL; his siblings, Joseph Leake Jr. of Middletown, NY, Christopher Leake (Jordan) of Holiday, FL, Savanna Leake of Rhode Island, Steven Leake (Finley) of Winston Salem, NC and Dylan Leake of Bullville, NY; his nephew Joey; and his nieces, Hannah, Stella and Layla. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
