She is survived by: her daughters, Anette Carlock (JP) and Port Jervis Heather Dalena of Spring Branch, TX; her grandchildren, Dennis Foley, Patrick Foley, Tim Foley, Daphne Carlock and April Vanvlack (Luke) of Milford; and her great grandchildren, Chase Gulla, Chloe, Bethany and Theodore Vanvlack of Milford, PA..
