She is survived by: her husband Michael Mayfield; her daughter Melissa Ann Irvine (Aaron) of Binghamton, NY; her sister Linda Shipman (Ralph) of Port Jervis, NY; and her grandchildren, Ayden and Maya. She is also survived by her sister, nieces, aunts, uncles.
