Polanco, Joseph Polanco, Nathaniel Polanco and Noel Polanco; his nieces and nephews, Lyleigh, Sophia, Antonia, Jovi and Gavin; and his grandparents, Juliana Polanco and Domingo Santos. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
