It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph S. Russell of Port Jervis, New York, who passed away on October 29, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. "Bob" Russell, Sr. and June A. "Sally" Grinder Russell; and his sisters, Donna Russell and Nancy Russell. He is survived by: his sister Pam; his son Jeremy Russell; his siblings, Gail Byeff (Peter) of Southington, CT, Lynn Russell (Ken Wilson) of San Diego, CA, Patricia Cal of Port Jervis, NY, Pamela Russell (John Journey), Denise Concepcion of Port Jervis, Robert Russell, Jr. (Linda) of Sparrowbush, NY and John Russell (Cynthia Clune); his uncle Gordon A "Buzzy" Grinder, Jr.; and his aunt Barbara Grinder. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
