He is survived by: his parent Helen Hlad; his wife Barbara Hlad of Port Jervis; his daughters, Renae of Milford, Traci (Clark) of Pittston and Donna (Larry); his grandchildren, Christopher, Kelsey, Jessica, Angela, Alyssa, Brian and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Siyah, Jordan and Alana.
