He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrique Sr. Santiago and Marina Santiago of Port Jervis, NY.; his wife Brenda J. Santiago; and his sister Enid Decker of Port Jervis. He is survived by: his child Thomas J. Santiago, Sr. (Andrea) of Montgomery, NY; his grandchildren, Madison, Thomas and Alexandria; his son Timothy J. Santiago (Melissa) of Walden, NY; his grandsons, Timothy Jr. and Christopher; and also Sterling. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, friends.
