She was predeceased by: her parents, Enrique Santiago, Sr. and Marina Colón Santiago; and her brother-in-law Richard "Dick" Harford. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Toussaint (Ross), Dr. Eugene M. Decker (Debra Bethlehem) and Pastor Mark Decker (Vicki Enon); her siblings, Enrique Santiago, Jr. (Brenda Timbersville), Eric Santiago (Marilyn Bluffton) and Eppie Harford; her grandchildren, Lauren Toussaint Gilles, Shane Toussaint, Eric Decker, Dylan Decker, Jonathan Decker, Joshua Decker, Joel Decker and Hannah Decker Fahner; and her great grandchildren, Brynne, Charlotte, Juliet, Savannah, Levi and Jaxson. She is also survived by Her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Cremation at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford, PA with a burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Port Jervis, NY, Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's R.C. Church, PO Box 712, Port Jervis, NY 12771.
