She was predeceased by: her husband Donald T. Mack Sr.; her sons, Donald T Mack and Shawn Mack; her great grandchild Hailey Mack; her siblings, Wilbur, Skip, Nathan and Silvia; her parents, George Mann and Mary Mann (Nana); and her sister Pam.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Mack Reynolds (Rudolph) of Port Jervis, NY.. She is also survived by daughter. 14 Grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
