He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Garnet; his brother Steven Garnet; and his sister-in-law Debbie. He is survived by: his mother Carol Stehle Garnet of Dover, NJ; his daughter Danielle Peterson (Malik) of Denville, NJ; his close friend Lisa Foster; his siblings, Chris Garnet and Karen Lofgren; and his grandchildren, Eve and Myles Peterson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
