He was predeceased by: his parents, R. B. Williams, Sr. and Maude Marie Flood Williams. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Dominguez (Cesar Teaneck), Clifford Williams, Jr. (Samantha Stroudsburg) and Michael Edward; his siblings, R. B. Williams, Jr. (Roxanne Matamoras) and Diana Williams Port Jervis; and his grandchildren, Jose, Jeremy, Nate and Ava. He is also survived by Brother.
