She was predeceased by: her parents, John George and Grace Emily Martin Forbes. She is survived by: her sons, Ryan Jones (Brooke), Nicholas Jones, Joshua Jones (Heather) and Jason Jones (Laura); her brothers, Jack Forbes (Nancy) and Jim Forbes (Sandy); her sister-in-law Mary Ann Forbes; and her grandchildren, Maddox and Justin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Carol to the Humane Society of Port Jervis/Deerpark Inc., 202 Route 209, Port Jervis, NY 12771 or to the Tri States Naval Ship Post# 7248, 46 Barcelow St., Port Jervis, NY 12771.
