She is survived by: her parents, Lee Edward Hendershot and Crystal Joy Travis Hendershot; her son Brian James Conklin, Jr.; her brother Lee Hendershot, Jr. (Misty Anderson Brandon); her grandmothers, Barbara Vanorden and Susan Travis; her nieces, Skylee and Summer Hendershot; and her aunts and uncles, Michael Travis, Jerry Hendershot (Diane), Leonard Hendershot (Margaret), Laura Taylor (Shane), Tammy Taylor (Monty), Joseph Hendershot, Jr., Sarah Hendershot (Henry Conklin) and Gary Smolga.
