She was predeceased by: her father Donald Andrew Douglass; her brother Andrew Douglass; and her brother-in-law Matthew Weiss. She is survived by: her mother Annelore M. Schmitt Douglass of Port Jervis; her daughter Kacie Ann Douglass-Hill (Dylan Hill) of Port Jervis; her siblings, Donald Douglass of Port Jervis, Michael Douglass (Gilda) of Port Jervis, Deborah Weiss of Port Jervis and Susan Muzer (Mark) of Milford, PA.; and her sister-in-law Penny Connolly Douglass of Port Jervis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and a great nephew.
