He is survived by: his wife Maureen Berk of Matamoras, PA; and his stepchildren, Angela Marie, Anthony III, John, Eleanor, Alison, Matthew, Daniel and Garrett.

His family requests that, in lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in his name.
