With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pamela A. Tucker of Port Jefferson, New York, who passed away on December 4, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Dean, Kimberly and Stacey; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Gabby, Peter and Caleb; her great grandchild Isabella; and her siblings, Walter, Rose, Vicky, Brian, Sherri, Jeff and John.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fives Smithtown Funeral Home (31 Landing Avenue, Smithtown, NY 11787).
