He is survived by: his children, Camila Rivera-Tinsley, Kevin Andrew Blayton and Kenneth Tinsley, Jr.; his children-in-law, Martine Alexandra Baptiste-Blayton and Courtney Renee Tinsley; his sister Phyllis Taylor; his wife Cheryl Tinsley; his granddaughter Phyllis Taylor; his siblings-in-law, Andrea Kelly, Brenda Williams and Archie Kelly; his nephews, Roy Kelly, Robert Taylor and Richard Taylor; his niece Phylicia Taylor; and his great-niece Mia Kelly.
