He was predeceased by: his father Maurice O'Brien; and his brothers, Dennis O'Brien and Terence O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise O'Brien (Porzio); his children, Tara Anne O'Brien, Christopher Kevin O'Brien (Jennifer) and Sean Patrick O'Brien (Morgan); his grandchildren, Colin Perry O'Brien, Addyson Quinn O'Brien and Kate Morgan O'Brien; and his pets, Lulu, Gatsby and Watson.
