He is survived by: his children, Theresa Bezon (John Jr), Raymond T. Manley (Janine), Michael John Manley, Kathy Manley (Buddy Connors) and Karen Roberts (Ray); and his siblings, Louis Manley (Debbie), Thomas Manley, Joseph Manley and Mary Herrick (Bill). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
