Jeanne McMurtry Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2019, at the age of 68, Jeanne McMurtry (Port Henry, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roland "Buck" LaFave and Joyce LaFave (Thatcher); her brother Phillip LaFave; her husband Ronald McMurtry; her brother Thomas LaFave; her former husband James Duval; her children, Jodi Gibbs (Rory) and Jamie (Melissa); her grandchildren, Joshua Gibbs, Jacob Gibbs, Alexis Gibbs, Courtney Meachem, James Duval and Noel Duval; her great grandchildren, Jayla Gibbs, Silas Gibbs, Micah Gibbs, Gander Genier and Owen Ross; and her pets, Ellie and Shadow "Kit". She was also cherished by nieces and nephews along with cousins and friends.
