He was predeceased by: his significant other Nancy Starner; his mother Theresa; his stepson-in-law Raymond Schiebel; and his sister Terry. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Donna Schiebel and Donald Starner (Doris); his grandchildren, Brian Schiebel, Kimberly, Megan, Daniel Starner (Bridget) and Maddie; his siblings, Joe Pat Carpenter, Patsy McCaughin and Diane Baker (Willard); and his brother-in-law Bill Gale. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
