He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Wagstaff and Edith Peterson Wagstaff; and his siblings, Viola Kipling, Thomas, Arnold, LeRoy Richard, Lawrence and William.
He is survived by: his wife Kazuko (Kay); his daughters, Kathleen Wagstaff (Mike Blaise), Carol (Eric Adair) and Judyann (Matthew Donohue); his grandchild Mayumi Wagstaff-Blaise; his sister June Rutigliano; his cousin Marjorie Ross; and his close friend Donald Ross. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
