We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2021, at the age of 61, Eva Provoncha of Port Henry, New York, born in Ticonderoga, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her half-siblings, Vain, Lenard, Herby, Jim, Lena, Ruby and Cora.
She is survived by: her spouse Jerry; her children, Nichole Provoncha of Port Henry, Linda Waldorf (Todd) of Crown Point, Michelle Rodriguez (Jon) of Crown Point, Jerry Jr. (Hannah) of Crown Point and Richard Kimball of Port Henry; her grandchildren, Tristan, Brendan, Cameron, Lauren, Megan, Jared, Jonalee, Xander, Levi and Madison; and her siblings, Rita Hulburt of Ticonderoga, Myrtle Witherbee (Mike) of Ticonderoga, Pat Sprague (Jim) of Moriah, Betty Pollock (Tim) of Mineville, Chet Woods (Sandy) of Mineville and Henry Woods of Crown Point. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donations may be made in her memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or High Peaks Hospice.
