It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverly J. Dayton of Port Gibson, New York, who passed away on April 3, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Barnes and Helen Schnabel Barnes; and her siblings, Robert Barnes, James Barnes Alvin Barnes, Eleanor Pearson and Carolyn of Montana.
She is survived by: her husband David Dayton; her children, David Dayton (Staci), Daniel Dayton and Bonnie Babcock (David); and her siblings, Richard Barnes (Rosalie), Steven Barnes (Nancy), Barbara Brown and Virginia Hicks. She is also survived by four grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Port Gibson United Methodist Church (2951 Greig St, Clifton Springs, NY 14432).
