She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Lane and Marjorie Lane (Russell). She is survived by: her husband David Watters; her children, Jeffrey O'Neill (Yiselina Nolasco), Timothy O'Neill, Stephanie O'Neill, Holly O'Neill, Danielle Guilliams (Chris) and Mark Watters (Heather); her sisters, Ann Locey (Bill) and Eileen Flint (Earl); and her stepsiblings, Dennis Ryan and Margaret Ryan. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
