He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gaal and Christine Gaal (Sorrentino). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Kelsey Gaal; his daughter Deanna; his siblings, Joanne, June, Charlene and Griffin; and also, Gary, Christine and Ron. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
