He was predeceased by: his parent William Scarth. He is survived by: his parent Marian Scarth (Kinney); his spouse Florence Secor; and his children, Mary Helen Rifenburgh of Port Ewen, NY, Patricia Ann Nettleton of Kingston, NY, Barbara Jean Murphy of Port Ewen, NY and Harry R. Scarth, Jr. of Clinton Corners, NY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
