We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2020, at the age of 101, Frances K. Van Buren of Port Ewen, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Richter and Julia Richter; her spouse Huyler "Hipe" Van Buren; and her siblings, Arthur Richter and Virginia MacDowell.

She is survived by: her daughter Lori Edge (Robert "Bob" Edge, Jr.) of Port Ewen; her sister Joyce Richter of Port Ewen; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Connolly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
