He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam J. Williams and Anita R. Williams (Stengel); and his brother Samuel J. Williams Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Weisman; his son Mark A. Williams (Darlene) of Town; his brother Richard Williams (Elena) of Rome, GA; and his grandson Samuel Joseph Williams. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
