He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Miller; and his daughter Susan K. Miller. He is survived by: his son Michael W. Miller (Jan); his grandsons, Andre R. Miller of Port Ewen and Michael W. Miller II of Port Ewen; and his former wife Cathy Every (Jerry) of Town.
