It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Starkie of Port Ewen, New York, born in Jamaica, New York, who passed away on December 21, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Segal and Annette Segal. She is survived by: her husband Richard H Starkie, Jr.; her grandchildren, Chad Martin (Andrea), Casey Martin (Sarah), Molly Sterrs (Kyle), Hannah Sterrs, Andrew Starkie, Jonathan Starkie, Sophia Sakellariou and Grace Sakellariou; her great grandchildren, Gavin Bogert, Tessa Martin and Jameson Martin; and her sisters, Leni Conte of Long Island and Ann Marie Farrell of Long Island. She is also survived by five children.
