He is survived by: his parents, Roy Ettinger and Marion Ettinger; his wives, Karen Nowalk and Karen Ettinger; his children, Colleen Fox, Kristen Rohloff and Darrin Ettinger; his grandchildren, Hunter Fox, Finn Ettinger and Brandon Rohloff; his sister Carol Keller; his nephews, Michael and Daniel Keller; and his parents-in-law, Willard Nowalk and Dolores Nowalk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless close friends.
