It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul M. Kocak of Port Dickinson, New York, who passed away on June 7, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Kocak; and his parents, William Kocak and Margaret Kocak. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Burns and Karen Blakeslee (Michael) of Port Dickinson; his grandchildren, Erin Burns, Robert Blakeslee, Shea Burns and Lily Blakeslee; his sister Ellen Williams (Don) of Virginia; and his nephews, Joshua (Jenn) and Isaac Williams. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends he loved.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Paul's name can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
