He is survived by: his parents, Harold Hoover and Florence Hoover; his brother Lee Hoover; his wife Yvonne Patak Hoover; his brothers, William Hoover, James Hoover and Kimberly Hoover; his children, Sally Semko, Paul, Marie and Garry Jones; and his stepchildren, Paul, Michele Patak, John, Valerie Patak, Michael, Shannon Patak, Kevin Patak, Cathy Patak and Mark Patak.
