He was predeceased by: his wife Cecelia Plain; his parents, Roland Plain and Dorthy Plain; and his brothers, William Plain (Delores), Theodore Plain (Sydney) and Peter Plain (Jean).
He is survived by: his children, David Plain, Michael Plain, Timothy Plain Binghamton (Kim), Corrine Pornbeck Smithville Flats (Rick), Robert, Deanna Plain, Whitney Point and Ryan Plain; and his brothers, Ronald Plain (Lynda) and Frederick Plain (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
