He is survived by: his wife Bonita; his children, Howard (Peggy), Rick (Karen), Scott Hyde and Kathy (Elton Brooks); his stepchildren, Cassandra Riley, David Jr., John and Mark Vymislicky; and his brother Bruce Hyde. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
