He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his sons-in-law, Kimberly, Mark Worden, Michele, Damon Ashman, Stephanie and Chris Panella; his son Peter Cook; his daughter-in-law Ashley Cook; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Morgan, Julianne, Lauren, Jacob, Madison, Isabelle, Avery, Adrianna and Siena; his brother John Cook; and also, Phyllis, Patrick Rogan, Alyson, David Thomas and Vicki Cook. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
