He was predeceased by: his parents, Madeline Ross Rinker and Robert S. Rinker; and his sisters, Patricia Rinker Stowe and Gail E. Rinker. He is survived by: his nephew Stephen Rinker of Johnson City; and his nieces, Beth Neihof of Ridgeland, MS, Susan Fletcher and Cynthia Lasonczyk.
