With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene D. Hoyt (Port Dickinson, New York), who passed away on March 28, 2018 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Merritt and Raymond Merritt. She is survived by: her husband Ralph, Sr.; her sons, Ralph, Jr. (Helen) and Edwin (Debra); her daughter-in-law Beth; her grandchildren, Scott Hoyt, Nikki Hoyt, Kaitlynn Poston (Caleb), Jennifer Hoyt, Justin Hoyt, Christopher Hoyt, Joshua Hoyt, Jason Kitchen and Nicole Hopkins (Charlie); her great grandchildren, Ashlynn Poston and James Poston; and her son Port Dickinson. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters; and her youngest son.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Brain Tumor Association.
