She was predeceased by: her husband Russell B. Miller; her daughter Roseann Welch; and her sister Barbara Miller. She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Miller, Ramona Miller, Randy Miller and Roy Miller (Lori Leamon); and her son-in-law Alan Welch. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
